The Act Six Leadership and Scholarship Initiative is Portland's Only Full-Ride Urban Leadership Scholarship for emerging urban leaders who want to use their college education to make a difference on campus and in their communities at home.

    Portland Leadership Foundation, George Fox University and Warner Pacific College are very proud to announce that the following students have been named Act Six scholars for 2010. These scholars represent some the very best that our city has to offer.  Collectively, their scholarships are worth nearly $2.1 million over four years.

New for 2009

  • New College Partner for Urban Service Track
    Portland Leadership Foundation is thrilled to announce that Warner Pacific College has joined the Portland Act Six initiative as a partner in the innovative Act Six Urban Service Track.  Portland students can apply to gain two years of street-level urban service experience with local non-profits in Portland while earning an associate's degree at Portland Community College before transferring to Warner Pacific to earn their bachelor's degree.  Warner Pacific joins George Fox University in providing an incredible educational opportunity to our region's emerging urban leaders.  Learn more by comparing the two Act Six tracks.
